Removal Instructions

To remove Wall Sketch wall stickers from your surface, simply peel up an edge and slowly peel straight back, not up.

Here are some key things to remember:

• Go slowly, take your time
• If any glue remains on the surface once you have removed your sticker, use any type of price tag remover like GooGone
• If you are removing it from a delicate surface like a wall, you can use a hair dryer to soften it up and make removal easier. Do not use a heat gun as it can melt your graphic
• If the design has been exposed to the elements for a long time, the stickers may be brittle and break apart. Use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften the design and assist with removal

Wall Sketch wall sticker has successfully been applied and removed from many surfaces. Due to the wide variety of surfaces and their conditions Wall Sketch cannot be held responsible for any difficulty experienced when removing the stickers or any damage left to the surface.

1. What is wall sticker?

A: It is different from the traditional hand-painted wall. It offers you a fast, easy and no mess way to cover the walls (and other surfaces) of your home while still achieving perfect, professional results every time you use it. You don't need to be professional designer, but you still can decorate your home with the simple wall sticker and make your life and home colorful.

2. What is the material of it?

A: It is vinyl plastic.

3. What are the merits of the wall sticker?

A: It's just simple and easy. It's very suitable for the new generations who are living a fast and fast life. You just need to paste it onto the right place, but the effect would be amazing. It's affordable and convenient compare to the other decoration methods.

4. Where can it be pasted on?

A: You can paste it on emulsion painted wall, glass, ceramic glass, refrigerator, air conditioner, cabinet, furniture and any other places with smooth surface. In case of any bad painted wall, please try it before you apply the sticker. Note: we are not responsible for the impact when wall sticker is applied to easy to swap powder and inferior wall.

5. When we made some mistake to paste the sticker, will there be any problem if we tear it off?

A: It is recommended that customer can paste it successfully by one time. There may be some problem if you tear it off due to the glue on the back. If you want to tear it off, we strongly suggest that you tear it off using hair dryer after 2 or 3 years, then you can avoid the impact of the wall. We recommend you only to tear it off when you wish to repaint the wall.

6. Can I choose color for the sticker?

A: Sure. Please tell us the background color of your home and we can recommend you the best color. Or  we can make several kinds of effect pictures for your option. Furthermore, you can also choose your favorite color from our color card.

7. I like some of your designs but the size may not fit my home, can you customize for me?

A: Sure. Please kindly inform us the dimension of the place where you want to paste on and then we can recommend you the best size for our sticker. If the dimension is within our original sticker dimension, the customize service is free for you; but if it exceeds we will charge you 10-50 RM design/material fee. But for color printed wall sticker, this service is not available yet.

8. How long can the wall stickers last? Will the color fade?

A: It can last for 2-3 years or longer. It is waterproof and without color fading.

9. Can the wall stickers be paste in bathroom? Can we wipe it when it's dirty and dusty?

A: The wall stickers are waterproof with non color fading. You can paste it in bathroom, kitchen or toilet. We have several special designs for bathroom and kitchen, please go to check our album. But it's recommended that you can clean the surface with dry cloth before you apply the sticker. You can clean it with wet cloth when it's necessary. It's just so convenient!

10. I'm too busy and have no confidence to apply the stickers. Can you provide installation service?

A: Yes we sincerely understand your situation, so we do provide installation service for certain areas. Detailed info please read our installation service sheet.

4. 可以贴在什么地方？

答： 可以贴在涂有乳胶漆的墙面、玻璃、瓷砖、冰箱、空调、橱柜、家具等光滑质感的材质表面。（考虑到墙体的差异性，建议特殊材质的墙面或是时间比较久的墙面可 以先挑个墙角，用本店免费赠送的试贴纸做一下测试，如没有问题就可以放心贴啦）。千万注意：容易掉墙粉及劣质墙体粘贴后如果出现一切后果由买家自行负责噢！

5. 万一贴上去不好看能不能撕下来，撕下来有痕迹么？

答：建议买家最好一次性成功粘贴噢，因为墙贴背面带有粘性。胶面与墙漆粘连，撕下来时会影响墙面。如果真要撕下来的话,可以等粘性较强(2-3年)后，借助吹风机等工具撕下，可以减少或是避免对墙面的影响。建议在家里需要重新更换墙纸或墙漆颜色时候再撕下来比较合适。

6、我家墙的颜色与图案颜色不能搭配，能为我换我喜欢的颜色么？

答：当然可以，您可以告诉我们您所帖位置的底色，我们可以建议或帮助您挑选合适的颜色，甚至可以为您设计几款效果图由您挑选，为您量身定制最适合您的宝贝。更多的颜色可以看色卡里挑选噢！

7、我看到了喜欢的图案，但是，尺寸好些跟我所贴的地方不符，你们是否可以为我定制？

答： 当然可以，您可以把您所贴位置的尺寸告诉我们，我们将帮助你挑选适合的尺寸。如果你所需要修改的尺寸在我们宝贝描述里面所标的尺寸范围之内，我们不收取任 何费用，如果面积有超出部分，需补贴10-50令吉不等的改版费及材料费。但是对于彩色墙贴，目前暂时不提供此项服务。

8、墙贴的寿命是多少？时间长了会掉色么？

答：墙贴的使用寿命跟使用环境有一定的关系，一般来说使用2-3年以上是没有问题的，墙贴是防水不褪色的。

9. 墙贴可以贴在卫生间、淋浴房么？脏了可以擦洗么？

答： 墙贴是防水不退色的，可以贴在淋浴房，厨房卫生间都可以，我们店店还有为厨卫专门设计了漂亮的图案，可以在厨卫天地里面挑选噢。不过贴之前必须先用干的抹布在被贴面擦掉油渍污渍后再贴，这样会保存比较牢固，脏了可以用湿布擦噢，非常方便。

Wall Sketch is a professional online interior decor shopping website, offering wall stickers for home decoration or indoor advertising. Our aim is to offer customers a good method to do unique interior decoration and enlighten their lives with affordable prices.


1. Discount Policy

Purchase 3 – 5 pieces normal price stickers, discount of RM3 each (normal price stickers)

Purchase 6 pieces normal price stickers and above, discount of RM5 each (normal price stickers)

2. Transaction procedure

Dear valued customers,

To allow Wall Sketch to take the orders accurately, kindly read the transaction procedure below carefully.

a. Choice of products

Browse through the products on sale------Choose the product (size, color and quantity).

b. Make Order

Customers can make orders by filling in the ORDER FORM in our website with the Item No., color and the quantity of purchase.

c. Processing of orders

We will try our best to process your order within the shortest duration possible. Processing of orders will involve checking whether the details provided is complete and the availability of stock. If there are any doubts, the sales consultant will contact you to confirm the order details.

d. Payment

Wall Sketch only supports cash deposit to our banking account or online banking. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery. After the order has been processed, we will issue you the invoice. Kindly deposit the total amount to our company’s banking account and seek confirmation after the deposit, stating the amount deposited, method of payment, date of deposit and order ID. Kindly retain your receipt. In the case where payment is not made within 3 days the invoice is issued, the order will be canceled. If you have any queries on pricing, delivery, time of delivery, etc, kindly contact our sales consultant.

Stickers will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made. And we will send email to inform you the tracing number.

f. Acknowledgment of receive

Kindly acknowledge the receive of goods upon inspection that the goods as per order. We are very grateful if you can feedback your satisfaction of the stickers or our service, or give us any suggestion.


3. Method of payment

Kindly note the following:

a. Kindly proceed with payment within 3 days after invoice is issued, failing in which the order will be canceled.

b. We are using RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and Maybank. Account details are stated clearly in the invoice.

c. Kindly email or contact our sales consultant through MSN or Email on date, time, bank name and amount of payment to allow for verification.

d. Kindly retain receipt of deposit in case verification of payment is required.

e. You may transfer the amount due through ATM fund transfer, online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash deposit machine.


4. Delivery

Once payment is made, your goods will be post out within 3 days and will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

We Charge only once per ordering based on the delivery location.

5. Guidelines to return/exchange of goods purchased

Because this transaction is done online, our company does carefully inspection to goods orders before delivery. We don't offer any refund/exchange service currently.

a. Note on quality

The stickers in our website may have slight differences in terms of color due to lighting in photography. We do not guarantee that the stickers shown in the pictures in the website will have exact resemblance to the actual stickers, as stressed in our website.

b. Disclaimer

• Decal Misapplication: Wall stickers are not reusable or re-adjustable. It is important to apply it perfectly right the first time round. Wall Sketch will not replace spoilt stickers caused by misapplication.
  
• Damaged Surface: Done carefully, the removal of wall stickers is safe and easy. Wall surface, however, has a risk of being damaged depending on the quality of paint used and how long it has aged. In the rare event that this happens, Wall Sketch will not be responsible for the damage caused.
  
• Product Info and Color: We strive to provide the most up-to-date and accurate sticker information and color here at our website. However, please be aware that some color shown online may not be perfectly accurate due to difference in monitor settings, room lighting and other variables. Wall Sketch reserve the right to amend information and/or prices without prior notice. We will however, honor products already purchased at the lower price if applicable.
  
• Wrong Shipping Address: We are not responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect address that the customer has submitted during the purchasing process. It is the customer's responsibility to re-order their product again with a proper shipping address.
  
• Delayed Shipment: We will not be responsible for delays in shipping including local shipping errors or delays or international customs issues and delays. We will, however, make every effort to resolve any situations if possible.
  
• Damaged or Lost Shipment: If your package has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will notify you as to what procedures will be taken in order to solve this issue. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or damaged shipments by any 3rd party carriers.

因为是网络销售，为了减少不必要的麻烦本公司所有商品在发货前都经过检查以确保商品正常才发货。目前我们提供7天退/换货服务，但前提是货品无任何损伤不 影响再次销售。退换货引起的所有运费由顾客承担。
