1. Discount Policy
Purchase 3 – 5 pieces normal price stickers, discount of RM3 each (normal price stickers)
Purchase 6 pieces normal price stickers and above, discount of RM5 each (normal price stickers)
~~Note: We are using courier service Poslaju for delivery (Delivery within 1 – 2 working days)
2. Transaction procedure
Dear valued customers,
To allow Wall Sketch to take the orders accurately, kindly read the transaction procedure below carefully.
a. Choice of products
Browse through the products on sale------Choose the product (size, color and quantity).
b. Make Order
Customers can make orders by filling in the ORDER FORM in our website with the Item No., color and the quantity of purchase.

We will send you the order status and invoice for your confirmation via email as soon as possible.

c. Processing of orders
We will try our best to process your order within the shortest duration possible. Processing of orders will involve checking whether the details provided is complete and the availability of stock. If there are any doubts, the sales consultant will contact you to confirm the order details.
d. Payment
Wall Sketch only supports cash deposit to our banking account or online banking. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery. After the order has been processed, we will issue you the invoice. Kindly deposit the total amount to our company’s banking account and seek confirmation after the deposit, stating the amount deposited, method of payment, date of deposit and order ID. Kindly retain your receipt. In the case where payment is not made within 3 days the invoice is issued, the order will be canceled. If you have any queries on pricing, delivery, time of delivery, etc, kindly contact our sales consultant.

e. Delivery

Stickers will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made. And we will send email to inform you the tracing number.
f. Acknowledgment of receive
Kindly acknowledge the receive of goods upon inspection that the goods as per order. We are very grateful if you can feedback your satisfaction of the stickers or our service, or give us any suggestion.
3. Method of payment
Kindly note the following:
a. Kindly proceed with payment within 3 days after invoice is issued, failing in which the order will be canceled.
b. We are using RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and Maybank. Account details are stated clearly in the invoice.
c. Kindly email or contact our sales consultant through MSN or Email on date, time, bank name and amount of payment to allow for verification.
d. Kindly retain receipt of deposit in case verification of payment is required.
e. You may transfer the amount due through ATM fund transfer, online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash deposit machine.
4. Delivery
Once payment is made, your goods will be post out within 3 days and will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
We Charge only once per ordering based on the delivery location.

Wall Sketch is delivery through courier service Poslaju (Goods delivered within 1 to 2 working days).
**Note: For those customers who wish to purchase switch sketch only, we can use PosEkspres. The postage is RM 3.00 (within Malaysia, 200gm and below).
5. Guidelines to return/exchange of goods purchased
Because this transaction is done online, our company does carefully inspection to goods orders before delivery. We don't offer any refund/exchange service currently.
a. Note on quality
The stickers in our website may have slight differences in terms of color due to lighting in photography. We do not guarantee that the stickers shown in the pictures in the website will have exact resemblance to the actual stickers, as stressed in our website.
b. Disclaimer
- Decal Misapplication: Wall stickers are not reusable or re-adjustable. It is important to apply it perfectly right the first time round. Wall Sketch will not replace spoilt stickers caused by misapplication.
- Damaged Surface: Done carefully, the removal of wall stickers is safe and easy. Wall surface, however, has a risk of being damaged depending on the quality of paint used and how long it has aged. In the rare event that this happens, Wall Sketch will not be responsible for the damage caused.
- Product Info and Color: We strive to provide the most up-to-date and accurate sticker information and color here at our website. However, please be aware that some color shown online may not be perfectly accurate due to difference in monitor settings, room lighting and other variables. Wall Sketch reserve the right to amend information and/or prices without prior notice. We will however, honor products already purchased at the lower price if applicable.
- Wrong Shipping Address: We are not responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect address that the customer has submitted during the purchasing process. It is the customer's responsibility to re-order their product again with a proper shipping address.
- Delayed Shipment: We will not be responsible for delays in shipping including local shipping errors or delays or international customs issues and delays. We will, however, make every effort to resolve any situations if possible.
- Damaged or Lost Shipment: If your package has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will notify you as to what procedures will be taken in order to solve this issue. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or damaged shipments by any 3rd party carriers.
*Wall Sketch does not accept exchange of stickers under any circumstances, including such reasons as (1) dislike the color; (2) color differences; (3) not as attractive as expected; (4) dislike the design; (5) design cannot fit; (6) size too big or too small; (7) not nice.

3、工作人员处理订单
我们尽量在最短的时间内处理您的订单。
处理订单主要包括：检查您的收货人资料是否完整，检查订单中的商品是否缺货，如有疑问时和客户 进行联系，确认订单内容。
4、客户汇款
我们目前只支持银行汇款，款到发货。
在订单处理完成后，请按照订单的总金额向本公司汇款。
请在汇款后及时通知我们进行确认, 并说明您汇款的金额、支付方式、汇款的日期以及您的订单ID。
请保存您的银行汇款收据，所有在三天之内未付款的订单将会自动取消！
如果您对于订单的价格、配送费用、配送时间等有疑问，可以和我们 的工作人员进行交流。

5、工作人员发货
现货:
付款后的三天内会寄出您的货品. 并且我们会发邮件通知您货物的追踪号码。
6、收货确认
请您在收到商品确认无误后，请通知我们的客服人员。如果您能反馈给我们您对于我们的墙贴或者服务是否满意或提出建议，我们将会非常感 谢。
三、<付款方式 >
注意事项
1. 请在下单后的3日內付款﹐逾期您的订单将会被取消。
2. 请在付款后用EMAIL或MSN通知我們您的付款日期﹐时间﹐银行明细及金额﹐以方便查询。
3. 请您保留储存您的付款资料，以方便在需要时查询。
4. 您可在ATM转账或由网络银行(Online Banking) 转账或是到银行柜台汇款(Cash Deposit) 去我们的RHB或Public Bank或Hong Leong Bank或Maybank户口.
四、<配送说明 >
付款后会三天内寄出您的货品. 1-2 天内会送到.
客户每一个订单我们只收取一次快递费用，但根据配送地点有所不同。

五、退/换货原则
因为是网络销售，为了减少不必要的麻烦本公司所有商品在发货前都经过检查以确保商品正常才发货。目前我们提供7天退/换货服务，但前提是货品无任何损伤不 影响再次销售。退换货引起的所有运费由顾客承担。
1、质量申明：
本站图片可能在拍摄过程中光线的差异或显示器存在的色差，部分商品可能与实物会存在稍微深浅问题。由于显示器图片显示原因，我们无法保证页面所显示商品的 颜色与商品实际颜色完全一致，我们将尽力在网页上就此说明。
2、免责声明：
- 粘贴失误: 墙贴是不能重复粘贴使用的。请客户能够一次性粘贴好。Wall Sketch不会对因错误粘贴而导致有破损的墙贴进行退换。
- 损坏表面: 移除墙贴是很简单和安全的，请小心操作。然而墙面因粉刷质量，装修年龄的不同有可能被损坏。如果这种极少的情况发生了，Wall Sketch不会对此付任何责任。
- 产品信息和颜色：我们尽可能在网站上提供最新和最准确的产品信息和颜色。但请了解因显示器设置，房间灯光或其他等因素颜色的显示和真实情况会有些许差别。Wall Sketch保留更改产品信息或价格的权力，并不会提前通知顾客。但我们保证已出售的产品价格合理低廉。
- 错误邮寄地址: 如果因顾客的疏忽在购买中所提交的邮寄地址是错误的，我们将不会对此付任何责任。顾客需要重新下订单购买并提供正确地址。
- 送货延误: 我们不会对送货延误付任何责任，包括国内送货或国际海关检查等事宜。然而我们将竭尽所能来帮忙解决问题。
- 货物损坏或丢失: 如果您收到货物时外包装已经破损，请及时联系我们，我们将会告知您该如何处理。对于任何第三方在运送过程中发生的错误或损坏，我们不付有任何责任。
